The clinic is located in a twelve thousand square foot facility constructed in 1997. Nine thousand square feet are dedicated to primary care, one thousand to the specialty suite, and two thousand are occupied by LifeCheck Pharmacy. The clinic includes two procedure areas, seven physician offices, seventeen exam rooms, and a spacious waiting/lobby area. Also included are an insurance office, business office, reception/checkout area, and administrative offices. There is a conference room as well as areas dedicated to office procedures, X-ray, bone densitometry, and lab. In addition, there is a covered canopy that connects the clinic with the hospital. The Youens & Duchicela Clinic is a fully ADA compliant, state-of-the-art medical facility designed for the safety, comfort, and convenience of our patients.

In-Case of Emergency
We provide 24 hour care for our patients. If you have an emergency after clinic hours, call the Colorado-Fayette Medical Center at (979)725-9531 and they will locate the doctor on call at that time. If you have a serious emergency, call 911 or your local ambulance service for assistance.
